The Park Place Potential
Located in Richland, Washington, "The Pit," as it is not so affectionately called, has long been a source of consternation for local small businesses and residents. It sat for years in Richland’s downtown core, an undeveloped gravel eyesore with tremendous potential to add to the character and vitality of downtown of Richland.
Boost is co-developing The Pit, turning it into a coveted place to live for its easy access to Howard Amon Park, the Columbia River, and nearby retail shops and restaurants.

Fuse SPC
Boost employed a number of our core values in our redevelopment of the Fuse Coworking Building in downtown Richlandʼs Parkway District. Built in 1975 as the headquarters of a local credit union, 723 The Parkway was dated and lacking identity. Boost partnered with Fuse to redesign and renovate the interior of the building to meet the needs of a co-working space.
The new modern, open floor plan brings in natural light and encourages collaboration. Façade improvements coupled with xeriscape landscaping has returned this building to its rightful place as the focal point of downtown Richland and a catalyst for future growth in the Parkway.
